When you buy, your payment is held securely.
Funds are only released to the seller once your gear arrives and matches the description.
3. Delivery or collection
Sellers offer postage or local collection.
Tracking is used for posted items wherever possible.
4. Buyer protection
If something isn't right, you can raise a dispute within 48 hours of delivery.
We'll review the listing, photos, and evidence and sort it fairly.

1. List your gear
Listing is free.
We ask for clear photos, honest descriptions, and realistic pricing. You submit, we do the rest immediately and present your items for sale.
2. Sell with confidence
When your item sells, the buyer's payment is secured by us.
3. Post or hand over
Pack carefully and send using tracked delivery options, or arrange local collection.
4. Get paid
Once the buyer confirms everything's OK, your payment is released to you, minus 8% commission. That's it.

Seller Fees & Payouts
Our 8% Success Fee
We charge an 8% commission on completed sales to cover payment processing, platform costs, and buyer protection. This fee is only deducted when your item successfully sells.
When You Get Paid
After the buyer confirms receipt and satisfaction with their purchase, funds are released to your account minus the 8% commission fee. Payouts are processed immediately after buyer confirmation.
How Our Commission Works
When you sell through UnderThreeHundred, we keep a small 8% commission on the product price to cover our platform costs. Here's exactly what you'll earn:
Example 1: Item priced at £150
- Product price: £150
- Shipping (paid by customer): £5
- Total customer pays: £155
Your payout:
- Product earnings: £138 (£150 minus 8% commission)
- Shipping reimbursement: £5
- Total you receive: £143
Example 2: Item priced at £300
- Product price: £300
- Shipping (paid by customer): £5
- Total customer pays: £305
Your payout:
- Product earnings: £276 (£300 minus 8% commission)
- Shipping reimbursement: £5
- Total you receive: £281
Important notes:
- Our 8% commission applies only to the product price, never to shipping costs
- You receive 100% of the shipping fee to cover your postage expenses
- You're responsible for arranging and paying for shipping (via Royal Mail, Yodel, UPS, etc.)
- The shipping fee the customer pays reimburses you for this cost
